Speechless Victims of Earthquake

Since the dawn of mankind, an exposure to vulnerable surroundings taught them to live and defend well. Earlier it was less successful defense due to lack of scientific learning's, research & tools of protection (for e.g. early warning systems). Now in this century the evolution in technological & scientific research & learning has swayed 180 degree, this means more protection & less causalities.

Now, let see the other side of a coin. Since the advent or emergence of civilization (human societies) the entire mankind has exposed to the more horrific and lethal subject; greed, selfishness, hypocrisy, preservation of oneself etc etc... One can design & develop infrastructure, tools, layers of protection and much more to stand against the forces of nature. But what we have to resist greed, selfishness & hypocrisy. When any nation who lack's in scientific development and on the other hand they are morally devastated then the victims of that region become speechless.

This what has happened and still happening in Pakistan 's earthquake effected region (NWFP & Kashmir). At this point of time we are not talking about foreign aid, indigenous aid, the medicines, either we are not talking about the passion and spur of a common men. But yes we are talking about an unorganized + poor planning, ill planned disbursement of basic life saving items. Yes we are talking about those who make this catastrophe as their commodity. Yes we are talking about those orphan kids, widows & crippled people. Yes we are talking about all those who are waiting for national savior. Yes we are talking about all those who are waiting like vultures to get their share once this emotional wave faded. And this is not very new for us. Common Pakistani ancestors have bore more like same some 50 year ago. There are eyes, ears & souls who have witnessed what treatment those migrants have received at the time of independence 1947. We are the generation of same ruthless (masters) & weak (slaves) pupils. The worst fear what I have is a pillage of sent foreign aid (cash or provisions) which has up till now touched more than $500 million, this aid is separate from those raised independently or privately.

I don't know whether we all felt the same pain even after 25th Ramadan, because the nation will be busy in eid shopping. I can only entreat that kindly any body who want to help these crushed victims so they must adopt the planned pattern, please don't totally rely on Govt bodies & NGOs. Do it yourself, to me the daunting challenge ahead will be;

* Kids (who got orphan)

* Young Girls (with no shelters)

Kindly especially take care of these two elements. Otherwise vampires are hovering to suck their blood. Allah Almighty (God) blesses all the Speechless Victims.
